Married Woman Stabbed to Death Near Azampura; Chaderghat Police Investigate

A 36-year-old woman was allegedly stabbed to death near Saifa Masjid in Azampura, Hyderabad, after an argument with a person known to her, according to preliminary information.

The woman, identified as Tahera Banu, lived in Dabeerpura and worked at Manha Wholesale Store near the masjid. The area falls under the limits of Chaderghat Police Station.

Preliminary information indicates that the person arrived near the shop and argued with Banu. During the altercation, the person allegedly attacked her with a knife, leaving her critically injured.

Banu was taken to Care Hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead. Her body was later shifted to Osmania General Hospital for further procedures.

Chaderghat Police have registered a case and launched an investigation. The circumstances behind the argument and the motive for the attack have not yet been established.
