Persistent Systems has opened its third facility in Hyderabad, at Phoenix Equinox in Gachibowli. The new site will support work for banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) clients.
The facility is designed to help deliver projects involving AI deployment, payments modernisation, cloud platforms and operational resilience. These services support technology programmes in the regulated financial sector.
Persistent said the site includes secure, dedicated workspaces for programme delivery, along with areas where its teams can collaborate with clients on AI and systems modernisation.
The expansion builds on the company’s financial services expertise and digital engineering capabilities. It adds to Persistent’s existing Hyderabad offices at WaveRock and Sattva Knowledge City.
Persistent Systems has more than 3,000 employees in Hyderabad. The new facility increases its local capacity to work with BFSI clients on technology programmes.
Barath Narayanan, Global BFSI and Europe Geo Head at Persistent, said such programmes require domain understanding and engineering expertise, with security and operational continuity central to the work.
The Phoenix Equinox facility is Persistent Systems’ third office in Hyderabad and is focused on serving BFSI clients.
