The Karimnagar District Vishwa Brahman Vishwakarma Aikya Sangam announced its support for BJP MP candidate Bandi Sanjay Kumar in the upcoming parliamentary elections. The announcement was made by various leaders of the Vishwakarma community at the MP office in Karimnagar.
The leaders expressed their dissatisfaction with how previous political parties have used Vishwakarma community members for their own interests without working towards their economic and political development. They praised the Modi government for introducing schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana to support handicraftsmen.
Under this scheme, financial assistance and training are provided to selected Vishwakarma individuals along with labor cards. The leaders emphasized that only the BJP has shown genuine concern for the welfare of Vishwa Brahmins, unlike the previous governments.
They highlighted the sacrifices made by individuals like Srikanth Chary, a Vishwa Brahmin, for Telangana and criticized the lack of recognition for Vishwa Brahmins during the BRS rule. They urged the people to vote for Bandi Sanjay Kumar in Karimnagar to ensure justice for Vishwakarmas.
