Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has called on officials to stay alert after heavy rain hit the state. In a meeting with Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao and other key officials, he stressed the importance of closely watching low-lying areas.
Reddy asked officials from various departments to increase their vigilance. They need to identify spots where water might accumulate and take preventive steps. He also pointed out the need to tackle traffic problems in Hyderabad. A joint effort involving the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), local authorities, and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) is necessary.
The Chief Minister instructed the Chief Secretary to make sure all departments are ready and responsive to the harsh weather conditions.
