Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will present appointment letters to the selected Group-1 candidates from the Telangana Public Service Commission on September 27.
On Thursday, Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao held a teleconference with key officials to plan the event, set for Saturday evening at Shilpakala Vedika. The Chief Secretary revealed that 563 candidates, chosen for about 18 different departments, will receive their appointment orders. He also invited all state ministers to the event and instructed officials to complete the verification of candidates’ certificates by Friday. Arrangements will allow two family members of each candidate to attend.
Many appointments come from the Revenue, Home, and Panchayat Raj departments. The Chief Secretary asked the Revenue, Home, and GAD Secretaries to work together on organizing the event. Since these new employees will serve for the next 30 years, he stressed the importance of creating a supportive atmosphere. The distribution of appointment letters should inspire a strong commitment to government service.
Special Chief Secretaries Sabyasachi Ghosh, Vikas Raj, Home Department’s Special Chief Secretary Ravi Gupta, DGP Jitender, Principal Secretaries Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, Sandeep Kumar Sultania, and Secretaries Lokesh Kumar, TK Sridevi were among the officials in the teleconference. GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan and Special Commissioner of the Information and Public Relations Department Priyanka also participated in the discussions.
