Hyderabad: On Monday, an important online meeting took place. This was the first meeting of a committee set up to evaluate workforce needs in various departments. The meeting focused on defining the committee’s tasks and responsibilities. The Vice Chairman and Director General of the MCRHRD Institute led the session.
The committee includes Retired IAS Officer N Siva Sankar, State Principal Secretary to Finance Sandeep Kumar Sultania, and Agriculture Secretary M Raghunandan. They decided to immediately review two departments: Animal Husbandry and Environment and Forests.
The Finance Department is currently gathering data on the staffing and human resources of these departments. This information will be ready in two days. The committee plans to meet again later this week.
