The Telangana High Court has asked the government to respond to a case about illegal occupation of government land. The land in question is 6.28 acres in Munuganooru village, Abdullapurmet mandal, and is worth Rs. 50 crore. The court wants the government to file a reply within a week.

The court has also sent notices to several officials, including the Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary (Revenue), RR Collector, RDO of Ibrahimpatnam, Tahsildar of Abdullapurmet, SE (Electrical), and the Turkayamjal Municipal Commissioner. These officials must explain within four weeks why they did not take action to protect the land.

Additionally, the officials need to respond to complaints made by journalist Chennoju Prashant. He had reported that the land was being illegally occupied and that construction was happening there. However, the Revenue officials did not take any action.
