In Hyderabad, the government shows respect for women by reserving seats for them on RTC buses. This respect extends to the Hyderabad Metro as well. The Hyderabad Metro has urged the public to let women sit in the section reserved for them. If men are found occupying these seats, they will be fined Rs 500.
The Hyderabad Metro shared a video on Twitter, stating that there are dedicated sections for women passengers on the train. Unauthorized entry of men into these ladies’ sections will result in a penalty of Rs 500.
The tweet also emphasized the importance of responsible and safe travel, urging everyone not to make travel a hassle for others.
