In June 2025, the Hyderabad real estate scene was bustling. The city saw 6,391 property registrations, marking the highest monthly count this year. This number reflects a 3% increase from May but a 9% decrease compared to June 2024, which had 7,056 registrations.
Types of Homes Sold
Data from Knight Frank India reveals that 21% of homes sold were priced above ₹1 crore. Larger homes, those over 2,000 sq. ft., accounted for 17% of the sales. More than half of the properties registered, 52%, were priced below ₹50 lakh, though this percentage is gradually shrinking from 60% last year.
The segment of homes priced between ₹50 lakh and ₹1 crore saw a slight increase from 25% to 26%. Meanwhile, the luxury segment, homes costing over ₹1 crore, grew from 14% to 21%.
Luxury Sales in Premium Areas
High-end sales were notable in neighborhoods such as Shaikpet, Kondapur, and Hitech City. The priciest apartment sold in June was an impressive ₹7.85 crore in Shaikpet. Other significant sales included:
- ₹6.30 crore in Kondapur
- ₹5.93 crore in Hitech City
- ₹5.45 crore in Kondapur
- ₹5.28 crore in Kokapet
All these premium apartments were over 3,000 sq. ft. in size.
