MLA Raghunandan accuses Agriculture Minister Niranjan Reddy of having links with a Chinese citizen named Mao. He claims that Mao met with the minister and spoke to people in the US. Raghunandan also questions why the minister changed his phone number and asks for an investigation.

Additionally, Raghunandan accuses the minister of land encroachment and asks for details about land purchases, bank transactions, loans taken, and contracts executed in the minister’s name. He also asks for information about the groundnut research center and whether it was sanctioned by the state or center.

The minister announced that he would lead a media team to prove these allegations wrong, and Raghunandan asks for revenue records related to survey numbers 60, 53, 54, and 59. Lastly, Raghunandan plans to file a complaint with the IT department regarding the minister’s adopted son.
