The Telangana High Court has postponed the plea hearing of Bandi Sanjay, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president, to April 10th. The plea hearing was initially scheduled for March 29th, but it was postponed due to the judge’s unavailability. Sanjay was arrested on March 15th for allegedly making provocative statements during a public meeting in Karimnagar. The BJP has accused the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) government of targeting Sanjay for his political views.

Sanjay’s arrest has sparked a political controversy in the state. The BJP has accused the TRS government of suppressing dissent and violating the freedom of speech. The party has also alleged that Sanjay’s arrest was politically motivated and aimed at weakening the BJP’s presence in the state. The TRS government, on the other hand, has defended Sanjay’s arrest, stating that he made inflammatory remarks that could have incited violence.

The BJP has vowed to continue its protest against Sanjay’s arrest and has demanded his immediate release. The TRS government, on the other hand, has maintained that it will not bow down to pressure from the BJP and will take strict action against anyone who tries to disrupt peace in the state. As the case unfolds, it remains to be seen how it will impact the political landscape of Telangana and the upcoming state elections.
