During a recent Atmeeya Sammelan event in the Sanathnagar constituency, BRS senior leader Dasoju Sravan praised the Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrashekhar Rao, for his leadership and development initiatives. Sravan stated that under KCR’s rule, the annual budget of Telangana had increased from Rs 60,000 crore to Rs 3 lakh crore, which allowed for both development and welfare programs to be implemented throughout the state. He criticized the BJP and Congress for failing to acknowledge the progress achieved by the ‘BRS Sarkar’. Sravan highlighted welfare schemes such as old age pensions, Rythu Bandhu, Dalit Bandhu, Kalyana Lakshmi, and Shaadi Mubarak, as well as development initiatives like Kaleswaram and Mission Bhagiratha. These programs demonstrate how KCR’s leadership has transformed Telangana into a prosperous and progressive state that benefits all sections of society. Sravan also praised KTR’s leadership in transforming Hyderabad into an IT hub and global city. The introduction of TS-iPass by Industries and IT Minister KTR has created 20 lakh new jobs in Telangana, and 1.30 lakh government jobs have already been filled.
