Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court department bench, headed by Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and also Justice Surepalli Nanda, on Tuesday listened to the set of PILs looking for an instructions to turn over the “Disha Encounter” situation to the CBI. The CJ bench guided the Registry, High Court, to provide the whole record of the Sirpurkar Commission to the Amicus Curiae and also the Advocate-General for more hearing.
