GHMC panel provides nod for 12 tasks
Hyderabad: The Standing Committee on Thursday accepted 12 development propositions, with the collaboration of board participants in a conference that was chaired by City Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi at GHMC head workplace. The conference was participated in by 12 standing board participants, the GHMC Commissioner as well as elderly GHMC authorities, gone over different public concerns, pending development functions occupied by the public body.
The 12 development propositions of complete 13 tasks were accepted consisting of authorizing an MoU via CSR for 3 years with Kamalasana Properties as well as Services Private Limited, Serilingampally Zonal Commissioner to embark on the monitoring of main typicals from Serilingampally Zonal Office toChandanagar Railway Station Also, the improvement as well as development of 9550.02 sq yd of GHMC open area in Bhagyalakshmi Nagar Colony, in Serilingampally area for 3 months.
The board participants accepted a one-year MoU with the Kims Hospital Enterprises Pvt Ltd for the monitoring of Central Media from RTO Office Kondapur to Alvin Cross Road in Serilingampally area. Also, authorization of MoU with Vasavi Group LLP as well as Gemini Edible Limited for different development functions under CSR.
The various other authorizations were the Model Corridor from Nanakramguda Junction to Gachibowli IT Heights road well worth Rs 5.5 crore, Model Corridor Biodiversity to Leather Institute Left Side worth Rs 6 crore as well as Model Corridor in from IT Heights Road to using Kazaguda Junction to Gachibowli Rs 5.2 crore, all under Serilingampally area.
Committee likewise accepted the acquisition of 28 buildings needed for building of Road over Bridge from Narni Road to National Highway 65 GSM Mall using RTC Colony inKukatpally Zone Storm water drainpipe in Charminar Zone at an expense of Rs 5.9 crore.
Committee accepted boost in upkeep fees payment of GHMC from 75% to 5 percent per year for Colony Park handled by Colony Welfare Association as well asResidence Welfare Association
