Hyderabad: BJP Telangana Chief Spokesperson BJP K.Krishna Sagar Rao on Tuesday invited the High Court order directing Somesh Kumar IAS to go back to his initial staff slice in Andhra Pradesh.
In a declaration, he stated that BJP stands justified of our earlier fee that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was holding ‘out of staff’ IAS policemans for his ‘unique passion’ versus Central government management standards.
“I have few pointed questions to CM KCR that why should he opt for favorites amongst IAS officers, especially those who are not even assigned the Telangana State cadre? What do these officers enable for KCR? Why these officers are being given plum posts and are made to dominate and override all other administrative officers of Telangana State cadre?”
He included that Somesh Kumar, have to instantly comply with the High Court order and also go back to his appointed staff allocated in Andhra Pradesh.
Earlier, Telangana High Court articulated the judgment directing Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to relocate to the Andhra Pradesh staff.
After listening to the DoPT application, the Telangana High Court bought Somesh Kumar to relocate to the AP Cadre and also the bench of Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan remained the implementation of the judgment for 3 weeks at the demand of the Chief Secretary.
The Court on Tuesday subdued the CAT orders. It is to point out right here that after the Andhra Pradesh bifurcation, the Centre assigned CS Somesh Kumar toAndhra Pradesh After getting CAT orders, CS Somesh Kumar remained to remain inTelangana Then the Centre came close to the High Court in 2017 asking for to suppress the CAT orders.
