Hyderabad: Minister for IT K T Rama Rao on Thursday launched a scathing assail on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP-led Centre, accusing it of crony , favouring Adani and “misusing” agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate to harass political party opposed leaders.
Rama Rao, who alleged that the in or near a center agencies have got puppets in the hands of the Modi government, claimed that several BRS leaders have got been targeted by the Centre.
The summons issued by the ED to his female sibling and BRS MLC K Kavitha in shifting from one transportation to another with a currency laundering showcase linked to alleged irregularities in the Delhi excise insurance policy are “not ED summons but Modi summons”, he said.
