The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) chief and Member of Parliament, A. Revanth Reddy, has called for the State government to investigate all individuals who scored more than 100 marks in the Group-I preliminary exam. He has also demanded that the government expose the involvement of Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) officer Shankara Laxmi in the question paper leak scandal. Additionally, he reiterated his request for an inquiry by a sitting judge of the High Court.

Speaking to the media at the Gandhari mandal headquarters of Kamareddy district, Revanth alleged that the police had threatened to kill the accused in the paper leak case if they disclosed the names of those involved in the scandal. He pointed out that TSPSC employees are not permitted to take the exams conducted by the commission and questioned how 20 employees of the TSPSC managed to appear for the exams. He also mentioned that an employee of the TSPSC had previously been selected as a Group-I officer.

Revanth’s demands come in light of the question paper leak scandal that has rocked Telangana’s Group-I exam. The scandal has raised concerns about the transparency and fairness of the recruitment process for government jobs in Telangana. Therefore, it is important that the government takes appropriate measures to investigate and address these issues.
