Hyderabad: To develop biomedical waste monitoring techniques, the Telangana government on Friday approved Rs 134.46 crore to construct Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) in 20 government healthcare facilities.
Out of the approved quantity, a total amount of Rs 52.59 crore will certainly be added by the Telangana State Pollution Control Board (TSPSCB), as their resources expense for creating 20 STPs, mentioned the Government Order (GO Ms No 73) launched on July 5 by Health Secretary, SAMRizvi
As per the GO, the STP building and construction jobs will certainly be occupied by the Telangana State Medical Services Infrastructure Development Corporation (TSMSIDC) under Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) consisting of procedure and also monitoring for 10 years.
