Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court will certainly be shut for summertime holiday from May 2 to June 3 During the holiday, the holiday court will certainly listen to immediate issues like Habeas Corpus, Anticipatory bond, Bail applications, if bond is rejected by Magistrates and also Sessions Judges/ Additional Sessions Judges, and also any kind of various other immediate issues which can not wait till completion of the holiday such as eviction/dispossession and also demolition. The holiday court will certainly listen to the issues for around 5 days that is May 5,12,19,26 and also June 2.

Routine issues will certainly not be used up throughout the holiday, other than with the consent of the elderly holiday court. No plan and also management issues will certainly be used up throughout the holiday. A notice has actually been launched by the Registrar General hereof.
