Hyderabad: On Tuesday, Manikonda municipality officials tore down illegal villas in Chitrapuri Colony within the Rajendranagar constituency. This action was part of an effort to eliminate unauthorized buildings.
Municipal Commissioner Pradeep Kumar ordered the demolition, which was executed by Town Planning Officer Santosh Singh and his team. They acted quickly to remove the unauthorized structures.
Officials stated that these villas were constructed without the required approvals from the Manikonda Municipality. These additional buildings ignored municipal guidelines and violated planning rules. The town planning teams demolished the illegal villas completely.
Authorities warned builders and property owners to secure proper permissions before starting construction. The municipality stressed that unauthorized buildings will face legal consequences.
