A dramatic scene unfolded at the home of former Telangana Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy as BRS leaders protested against attempts by the Congress party to lure him. The police arrested BRS leaders, including former MLA Balka Suman, Rajaram Yadav, Gellu Srinivas Yadav, and Vasudev Reddy, taking them to Jubilee Hills Police Station.
The situation escalated when it was reported that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy was on his way to persuade MLA Pocharam Srinivas Reddy to join the Congress party. Upon hearing this news, BRS leaders hurried to Srinivas Reddy’s residence and staged a protest against the Congress party. Police had to step in and arrest the BRS leaders, who argued with the police about their right to speak with their MLA.
