Minister Jupally Krishna Rao is responsible for overseeing the situation in Adilabad district after recent heavy rainfall caused flooding. During a video call, he spoke with district officials to ensure residents face no difficulties due to the floods.
He pointed out the increasing water levels in the Penganga river and instructed officials to focus on the worst-hit areas. Residents in flood-risk zones must be moved to safer areas for their safety.
He also emphasized the importance of having Rural Water Supply and health officials ready to help affected people and meet any new needs. The minister’s actions aim to lessen the flood’s impact and protect the community.
