Hyderabad, Nov 2 — Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President KT Rama Rao (KTR) strongly condemned the attack and arson incident at the BRS party office in Manuguru, allegedly carried out by Congress workers. Expressing intense anger over the incident, KTR said the state has been witnessing a reign of goondaism and lawlessness ever since the Congress came to power.

According to reports, the BRS office in Manuguru was set ablaze by Congress supporters, leading to severe damage and tension in the area. Upon learning of the attack, KTR immediately spoke to Bhadradri Kothagudem district party president Rega Kantarao and extended his full support to the local cadre.

Fuming over the state of law and order, KTR said,

“After the Congress came to power, rowdyism has spread from villages to the capital. Atrocities are happening unchecked. But the day to sing the final dirge for this misrule is not far away.”

He further warned that violence and intimidation would not deter the BRS from fighting for the people and accused the ruling Congress of using muscle power to silence opposition voices.

The BRS leader’s remarks have sparked a political storm, with party supporters demanding swift police action against those responsible for the arson. The incident has once again brought to light rising political tensions in Telangana, particularly in the run-up to the Jubilee Hills by-election.
