Gadwal: On Thursday evening, Telangana State Minister Vakiti Srihari, who oversees Animal Husbandry, Sports, and Youth Services, visited the revered Sri Jogulamba Bala Brahmeshwara Swamy Temple in Alampur with his family.
He prayed to Goddess Jogulamba for the Telangana government to have the strength to tackle the people’s issues and to ensure peace and prosperity for all citizens.
At the temple, priests welcomed him warmly with Poornakumbham honors. He then attended rituals at the Sri Bala Brahmeshwara Swamy Temple, including the Abhishekam ceremony. A special Vighneshwara Abhishekam was also conducted.
Later, he offered prayers at the Sri Jogulamba Temple, where priests gifted him sacred prasadam and ceremonial garments, known as shesha vastram, as blessings.
Minister Srihari also took part in a puja at the Sri Bala Brahmeshwara Swamy Annadanam Satra, located in the Prasadam Scheme building.
Before visiting the temple, local police honored him at Haritha Hotel.
The event saw the presence of notable attendees, including former Alampur MLA Sampath Kumar, former ZP Chairperson Saritha Tirupathayya, RDO Aliveelu, Alampur Tahsildar Manjula, Executive Officer Purendar, local officials, and other dignitaries.
