    Hyderabad, February 21, 2025 – PAC Chairman and Serilingampally MLA Arekapudi Gandhi, along with Kondapur Division Corporator Hameed Patel and senior leaders, laid the foundation stone for a stormwater drain project in Gaffoor Nagar, Madhapur Village. The project, initiated with an estimated cost of ₹11.55 crore, aims to address floodwater drainage issues in the region.

    Speaking at the event, MLA Arekapudi Gandhi emphasized the importance of Serilingampally as a financial hub and reiterated his commitment to continuous development in the constituency. He stated that major infrastructure projects have already transformed the region and assured that further improvements would be made to enhance urban facilities.

    Corporator Hameed Patel highlighted Kondapur’s rapid transformation, stating that the division, once known for slum areas, has now developed into a modern residential and IT hub with advanced infrastructure and amenities. He assured that efforts would continue to position Kondapur as a top-ranking division in Serilingampally and Telangana.

    Participation of Key Leaders

    The event saw participation from several political and community leaders, including former corporator Neelam Ravinder Mudiraj, Outla Krishna, Mallela Shravan Yadav, Erragundla Srinivas Yadav, Kummari Silver Srinivas, Mangalarapu Tirupati, Srinivas Chowdhary, Budugu Tirupati Reddy, Rajanikant, Naresh Mudiraj, Vinay, and PS Reddy.

    The stormwater drain project is expected to enhance the drainage system, reduce flood risks, and improve urban infrastructure in Kondapur Division.
