    A 9th grade student named Avantika V. Rao from Anandathirtha Vidyalaya in Pajaka, Udupi won the Tata Building India School Essay Competition. The competition is run by the Tata Group and aims to inspire Indian youth to be proud of their country and contribute to its development. Avantika was one of 28 students from different parts of India who got the opportunity to visit Rashtrapati Bhavan and meet President Droupadi Murmu. She gave a three-minute speech about the importance of keeping India clean and recycling waste. The President praised the winners and encouraged them to have big dreams and work hard to achieve them.
