Police have taken Immad Ravi into custody for running illegal movie streaming sites iBomma and Bappam. The arrest has shocked people nationwide as authorities continue their investigation.
A fresh piracy website called iBomma One has emerged online while the case remains active. The new platform already features recently released films for illegal download.
Movie Rulez Connection Discovered
Users who try to watch movies on iBomma One get automatically redirected to the Movie Rulez website. Law enforcement officials believe this connection is intentional.
Investigators have uncovered that the iBomma network operates through nearly 65 mirror websites. These duplicate sites likely helped promote the new iBomma One platform to users.
Citizens are now demanding police action against other major piracy platforms including Movie Rulez and TamilMV.
Investigation Reveals Strange Patterns
The ongoing probe into Immad Ravi has uncovered unusual behavior patterns. Despite traveling internationally, he returned to his Kukatpally residence every two months without fail.
Police believe Ravi avoided hiring employees because he worried they might discover his illegal operations. This fear of exposure kept him working alone.
Officers found another odd detail during their search. Ravi’s mobile phone contained contact numbers only for food delivery workers. This suggests he rarely interacted with other people in person.
The investigation continues as authorities work to shut down the remaining mirror sites and track other individuals involved in the piracy network.
