At Pizza Hut, managed by Devyani International Ltd and Sapphire Foods India, several issues were found. In the GHMC area, problems included mismatches in licensing and jurisdiction, improper separation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, and equipment that was not properly calibrated. In Hanamkonda, machinery was found to be dirty, while in Warangal, staff received medical certificates without adequate examinations. Additional violations occurred in Nizamabad and Nalgonda, where outlets failed to display licenses, maintain freezers at correct temperatures, and cover dustbins.
