Retired Employees Lead Grand Teachers’ Day Celebrations

In Nagar Kurnool, retired employees celebrated Teachers’ Day at Radhakrishna Bhavan, honoring the birth anniversary of Mahaopadhyaya Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. They began the event with a floral tribute to his statue.

During the event, retired teachers Surampalli Subbarao and Vishnumurthy received special recognition. J. Ramachandra Reddy, President of the Government Employees Association, led the program.

He stated that teachers play a crucial role in guiding society. He urged that remembering Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan should inspire people to follow his ideals. Teachers should aim to be role models, shaping a promising future for younger generations. He pointed out the urgent need for devoted teachers today.
