Shiv Sena Telangana Chief Demands Higher Compensation for SLBC Tunnel Collapse Victims

Shiv Sena Telangana State President, Sinkaru Shivaji, has criticized the Telangana government for its response to the SLBC tunnel collapse. Expressing deep sorrow over the accident, Shivaji called the trapped workers “true soldiers” and insisted that their sacrifice should be honored with a permanent memorial. He argued that the state’s compensation of ₹25 lakh was not enough and demanded ₹75 lakh for other workers who were buried inside the tunnel.
