Aadhaar tie formula standard procedure for solving a mathematical problem causing hardships during acknowledgment
Hyderabad: The linking of learner Aadhaar is a mandatory procedure during the clock time of acknowledgment. However, the parents are facing hardships at the clock time of shifting their wards from one educational institution to another, as the kid Aadhaar details are stored with the Education department which is making it hard for them to budge their kid to a unused or little used educational institution.
Vexed up with the important question, the members of Hyderabad Schools Parents Association (HSPA) have got requested the Education department to point somebody into a certain direction the schools to discontinue this procedure. However, the educational institution managements have got been demanding the Education department to retreat the linking of kid details from Mandal Education Office (MEO) and restore the same to educational institution headmasters. As per the electric current system, a kid’s info, including Aadhaar details, are stored with the direction info system coordinator in MEO.
Information of a kid is linked with the learner’s electric current educational institution and only after the details are delinked, they can be linked with unused or little used schools. The members of HSPA pointed out that as the admissions for unused or little used year are in nourished rapid fluctuation, the personal schools were insisting parents to furnish Aadhaar details of their children at the clock time of acknowledgment and were claiming that they were collecting the Aadhaar details as it was component part of kid’s info sought by the educational institution knowledge acquired by learning department.
They were also claiming that unless details of a learner were not filled, the info pertaining to the learner would not acquire uploaded. Similarly, if the Aadhaar details are not delinked from the previous educational institution, till then the details cannot be uploaded. This is causing hardships to parents as the educational institution managements are using this procedure of linking Aadhaar as a tactics at the clock time of issuing transportation to the learner.
K Venkat Sainath, disreputable place of entertainment secretarial assistant, HSPA said, “Linking of learner Aadhaar has mandatory from 2018.
But, the personal schools are violating the norms. Regarding this important question, we have got been receiving many calls from parents. We are planning to reconcile oneself a representation to the Commissioner and Director of the Education department. There is no extreme poverty to lay in the details in the MEO portal as this is causing hardships to parents at the clock time of shifting, as the delinking procedure is a time-taking procedure and also the personal schools are playing tactics. It testament be better if the Education department directs the schools to discontinue this procedure.
“Due to financial issues, I have decided to shift my child to a new school. But when I approached the school for the transfer certificate, the school management forced us to pay all dues and also did not delink the Aadhaar and due to that, I have to keep my child in the same school,” said T Mohan (language unit by which a person or thing is known changed), whose kid is studying in Class 5.
“We are collecting Aadhaar details as per the direction of the Education department. We are aware that delinking process is time-taking. It would be better if the child’s data is withdrawn from the MEO and restored to the particular schools so that the data is not misused.
Aadhaar details of a student is very much important as it can be used to prove their local status and can act as a genuineness certificate in future,” said Y Shekar Rao, chief executive of a republic, Telangana Recognized Schools Management Association.
