On Friday, a free medical camp was held in Regadigadda Thanda village of Mahabubnagar Mandal. The camp was organised by Ravi Foundation, with the support of expert pediatricians and doctors from Ravi Children’s Hospital. The medical camp provided free healthcare services to 115 children from the village. Dr Shekhar, Medical Director of Ravi Children’s Hospital, stated that they plan to conduct medical camps in all villages in Mahabubnagar in a phased manner. The camps will provide free medical check-ups and free medicines to all children diagnosed with any kind of health problems.

The main objective of these free medical camps is to create awareness among children and their parents in rural areas about basic health precautions. During these medical camps, children are given health tips such as simple hand washing, maintaining hygiene, cleanliness in surroundings, and a good healthy diet. Regadigadda Sarpanch Shobha Ramesh attended the program and expressed her gratitude to Dr Shekar for organising such a free medical camp in her village.
