The Congress party leaders released a brochure for Rajiv Gandhi Youth Online Quiz Competition at District Congress Committee office in Mahbubnagar on Saturday. The competition aims to encourage young people in Telangana to showcase their intellectual knowledge. It is inspired by the Hyderabad Youth Declaration. The quiz will be held online and is open to young people aged 16 to 35 years who are residents of Telangana.
The DCC president stated that the competition will be held across the State, and prizes will be awarded constituency wise. The objective of the competition is to encourage young people to think beyond traditional education systems and improve their general knowledge. The competition will also test their understanding of Indian history, Telangana history and Telangana movement.
Those who want to participate in the quiz competition must register by June 1 and the online examination will be held on June 2, on the formation day of Telangana State. The first prize is a laptop, the second prize is a smartphone, and the third prize is a tab. Additionally, 10 smartwatches will be given to those who rank in the top 10 winners. An electric scooter will also be given as a gift to a woman who has shown outstanding talent in each constituency.
