Siddipet: A Dalit organisations on Wednesday melted the effigy of BJP MLA M Raghunandan Rao in Dubbaka opposing versus his choice to go out from State Assembly when a resolution was passed prompting the Union government to call brand-new Parliament House after Dr BR Ambedkar.
