Hyderabad: GHMC Sounds Monsoon Alert
Hyderabad: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner D S Lokesh Kumar on Wednesday provided a ‘Monsoon Caution Alert’ asking individuals not to open up manhole covers or safety and security grills set up near nalas to stop mishaps.
He mentioned in public advisory that people need to closed catch pit covers to drain pipes out rain.
“Human life is very precious; people should be very careful as nalas may be deep and may flow at full capacity during heavy rain making it dangerous,” stated the commissioner, including that individuals need to not get rid of open safety and security grills repaired at nalas for any type of factor, do not go into nalas, do not dump/pick any type of particles from nalas or tornado water drains pipes.
