    The BC Advocates for Social Justice group is holding a meeting on April 30th from 10am to 2pm at Sundarayya Vijnana Kendram in Hyderabad. The National BC Welfare Association president and Rajya Sabha member R. Krishna will be in charge.

    Many High Court Advocates, including S. Vijaya Prashant, Nagula Srinivas Yadav, Battula Krishna, Repakula Nageswara Rao, J Vamsi Krishna, Raghavendra, Satyanarayana, Sampath Kumar, and others will be in attendance. They are asking for all BC Advocates practicing in Telangana State to attend.

    During the meeting, they will request that a reservation quota be added for BC/SC/STs when appointing High Court and Supreme Court judges. They are also asking for a stipend of Rs 20,000 per month to be granted to junior BC advocates. In addition, they are requesting that the government provide 250 yards of land and house plots to each advocate.

    Lastly, they are urging that insurance coverage be applied to all advocates as well as their family members.
