KTR bewilders over nationwide honor for Mission Bhagiratha, looks forRs 19,000 crore for task
Telangana State IT as well as Municipal Administration Minister K Taraka Ramarao revealed his joy on obtaining the nationwide honor for Telangana government’s prominent planMission Bhagiratha He claimed that he mores than happy to obtain this honor for supplying secure drinking water to all backwoods.
Minister KTR said thanks to the Centre for acknowledging the state on this event. KTR interested the Center to value the suggestions of NITI Aayog to assent Rs 19,000 crores for objective Bhagiratha.
“Telangana’s flagship “Mission Bhagiratha” wins national award for providing safe drinking water to all rural households. Thanks for the recognition but it would be befitting if the NDA Govt can honour the recommendation of NITI Ayog to grant ₹19,000 Cr to this pioneering project,” KTR tweeted.
