    The Sarpanch of Konagattupally, a village in the Indian state of Telangana, recently received the Best GP (Gram Panchayat) Award for his outstanding work in developing the village. The award was presented by the Minister of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Mr. Narendra Singh Tomar, at a ceremony held in New Delhi. The Sarpanch, Mr. Srinivas Reddy, was lauded for his efforts in improving the infrastructure, healthcare, education, and sanitation facilities in the village.
