Many students were mental or physical pain with this shackle, as they are not interested in that depicted object and not capable to get by with hectic duties. The government must fetch down the shackle monetary value to Rs 5 lakh or an affordable monetary value so that the students, who cannot withstand the harassment, can parting the course of instruction. Also the one-year compulsory religious service interval taken to complete one cycle should be decreased to six months, he said.
