Mahabubnagar: Agriculture minister Singireddy Niranjan Reddy on Thursday ushered in the market backyard mall in Madhanapur mandal head office as well as later on participated in the grounding of Dalit Bandhu devices in Kottakota district in Wanaparthy area.
The recently created market backyard facility will certainly satisfy the requirements of farmers, that can use the center for marketing their fruit and vegetables. The facility was created at a price of Rs 66 lakh. While inaugurating it, the minister claimed Telangana state became a good example for the whole country in application of development as well as well-being systems for the farming industry. Not a solitary state in the whole country attempted stepped forward to apply systems on the lines of Rythu Bandhu or Rythu Bheema for the farmers, he claimed.
“Telangana is providing 24/7 free power to farm sector and at the same time taking various steps like providing input capital of Rs 10,000 per acre and also insuring the farmers for up to Rs 5 lakh in case of their unfortunate death. In addition to this, we are constructing various irrigation projects and improving agriculture infrastructure such as market yards, Rythu Vedicas, and taking up a host of other welfare and development activities,” he claimed.
Later the Agriculture minister participated in the grounding of Dalit Bandhu plan devices in Kottakota district together with Devarkadra MLA Ala Venktateshwar Reddy.
