Uttam: TRS govt, Centre collectively messed up paddy farmers in State

Hyderabad: Congress MP & & previous TPCC president N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Wednesday declared that the TRS government and the Centre have jointly destroyed the paddy farmers of Telangana.
