
Vinod desires decoupling of Railway budget plan from Union budget plan

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Planning Board Vice Chairman B Vinod Kumar on Saturday required the Centre to revitalize the Railway budget plan rather than incorporating with the basic budget plan.
The Planning Board VC was the primary visitor at the National Conference of Retired Railway Employees held at Rail Kalarang in Secunderabad onSaturday Vinod Kumar stated that as in the past, the Railway budget plan must be presented solely inParliament
He stated that the entire issue was coming to be unattainable because of combining the Railway budget plan with the General budget plan. Vinod stated that if the Railway budget plan was presented independently, it would certainly be clear regarding the number of brand-new trains and also the number of brand-new paths are coming.
He recommended to the Centre that the Railway budget plan must not be integrated with the General budget plan yet must be changed solely in Parliament.
