The Pakistani government has sent a letter to its missions around the world with a list of themes to use in media to disrupt the G20 summit in Kashmir from May 22-24. The summit will be the first international meeting held in Kashmir since Article 370 was abolished and the state was divided into two Union Territories. The Jammu and Kashmir Police has made extensive security arrangements for the event, with the army covering the Zabarwan Range and marine commandos patrolling the Dal Lake. The Pakistani letter suggests themes such as targeting India as a Hindu fascist state, state-sponsored persecution of minorities, cow vigilante groups lynching Muslims, and showing Kashmir as a living prison.
