Mangalya Shopping Mall is a well-known name in the Telugu states, famous for its exciting deals and extensive collections, particularly among women. The mall has numerous branches throughout Hyderabad.
Recently, GHMC Town Planning officials uncovered an issue during their inspections. On June 11, the multi-storey branch of Mangalya Shopping Mall located at RTC Cross Roads in Hyderabad was seized. The building, it turns out, lacked the necessary permissions.
Officials from GHMC Circle 15 Town Planning stated that the building was closed due to not having an Occupancy Certificate. More information on these violations is still pending. Authorities have warned that businesses operating without proper approvals will face serious consequences.
This particular branch, which is the mall’s 20th in Hyderabad, was opened by actress Keerthy Suresh in September last year. During the inauguration, she expressed her joy and highlighted the mall’s diverse range of clothing, such as silk and fancy sarees, kidswear, and ethnic wear for both men and women, along with special attire for weddings and festivals.
