Gold buyers received disappointing news as gold and silver prices, which had recently decreased, surged again. The price for gold has reached approximately ₹1,30,000 per tola, while silver prices are nearing ₹2,00,000.
On Saturday, in the Hyderabad market, the cost of 10 grams of 24-carat gold increased by ₹1,360, and the price for 10 grams of 22-carat gold rose by ₹1,250. Silver prices also saw a significant jump of ₹9,000.
In major cities across the two Telugu states, gold prices are as follows: In Hyderabad, 10 grams of 24-carat gold now costs ₹1,29,820, while the same weight of 22-carat gold is priced at ₹1,19,000. Meanwhile, the price for a kilogram of silver has soared to ₹1,92,000. The gold prices in Vijayawada remain consistent with these rates.
