Hyderabad passengers who lose an item at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) can now track their Lost & Found requests online. GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. has launched a real-time tracking and communication platform for passengers.
The platform lets passengers check the status of a request and receive updates during the recovery process. It is the first real-time Lost & Found tracking and communication platform launched by GMR Airports.
To report a missing item, passengers need to visit the airport’s Lost & Found portal and select “Raise a Request”. They must enter their name, email address and contact details.
Passengers can then choose the category that best matches the item and provide details about where and when it was lost. They can also describe the item and upload a photograph, if available, to help identify it.
After submitting the request, passengers receive a unique reference ID by email. They can use this ID to track the request online and view its details.
The portal also allows passengers to communicate securely with the Lost & Found team when needed. Updates continue until the item is identified, verified and returned.
