Narayana Schools has announced a partnership with Google Cloud India to develop AI-powered learning services and move its digital infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform. The collaboration aims to support more personalised learning for students across India.
Under the agreement, Narayana Schools will shift its digital systems to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The company said the cloud services will support its operations and its efforts to expand access to education, including in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Narayana Schools plans to use Gemini 2.5 Pro and Gemini Flash through Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform to build educational tools. The planned services include learning journeys tailored to students’ performance, pace and learning styles, as well as real-time academic support and study recommendations for K–12, JEE and NEET learners.
The collaboration also covers tools to support lesson planning, classroom engagement and student assessments. The companies said AI-based services will include multilingual features and administrative tools intended to support teachers, parents and school management.
Narayana Schools’ in-house technology team will develop the solutions for its nLearn and nConnect platforms, using Google Cloud’s AI and cloud services. The school group said its future AI solutions will be powered by Google Cloud’s large language models.
Puneet Kothapa, president of Narayana Educational Institutions, said the partnership would strengthen the group’s digital ecosystem and expand personalisation while retaining the human element in education. “By combining our deep educational expertise with Google Cloud’s advanced technology, we are building smart learning systems that truly respond to each student’s needs,” he said.
