A woman named Anitha from Kondanagula village in Balmoor mandal, Nagar Kurnool district had been experiencing stomach pain for a year. She reached out to Acchampet MLA Dr. Vamshikrishna for help. Upon examination, it was discovered that she had a tumor in her stomach.
Dr. Vamshikrishna, along with a team of three other doctors, performed surgery to remove the tumor. The doctors found a 10 kg tumor in her stomach. Dr. Vamshikrishna promised to continue working towards improving medical care for underprivileged individuals.
The successful surgery took place in the woman’s village.
