Hyderabad: Kancherla Chandrashekhar Reddy, father-in-law of actor Allu Arjun, sought help from top Congress leaders following the controversy surrounding the Sandhya Theatre incident. Amid recent developments, Chandrashekhar Reddy approached AICC leaders to address the challenges Allu Arjun has been facing. During the meeting, he attempted to have a separate discussion with Deepa Das Munshi. However, she reportedly declined to engage in the matter. Following her refusal, Chandrashekhar Reddy left Gandhi Bhavan without further discussion.

Sources revealed that this outreach was prompted by incidents at Sandhya Theatre during the premiere of Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa 2. The actor, seeking to resolve the situation, reportedly decided to initiate reconciliation efforts by connecting with senior Congress leaders. To take this forward, Chandrashekhar Reddy was sent to meet the party’s leadership.
