Prakash Ambedkar, the grandson of Dr. BR Ambedkar, participated in the “Green India Challenge” by planting a sapling in Begumpet. The founder of the Green India Challenge, Joginpally Santosh Kumar, joined him. Prakash was happy to be a part of the challenge on his grandfather’s birthday, as he always showed a special interest in planting trees.

The Green India Challenge is a plantation program that aims to encourage people to plant trees and create a green cover across India. Santosh Kumar’s efforts were highly appreciated by Prakash, who congratulated the team for entering the Limca Book of Records recently. Prakash hopes that nature will be blessed with a green cover and that Santosh Kumar’s efforts will be recognized more.
